Beautiful relaxing home

I stayed at this beautiful property with my husband and our one year old son for a week. We really enjoyed everythig this house offers, from brand new appliances, pretty and simple decor, outdoor pool and lounge area, comfortable bed and super clean all around. It was also very safe for our son who started walking for the first time once we got there :) and loved all the space to go around. Its located in a great community and close to everything such as the beach, stores, restaurants etc. Gabriel is a pleasure to work with and very attentive at all times. We had such a relaxing vacation and cannot wait to rent this property again.

GREAT HOME - Affordable Luxury - Book It!!

My wife and I (50's) had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful home 5/16-5/24 and couldn't of been happier with our choice. The house is like having your own private resort. The outdoor lanai (where we spent most of our time when home) -is spectacular -treadmill, gas grill, mini fridge,top of the line comfortable furniture,pandora radio over the outdoor speakers,heated lit pool. Inside everything brand new,luxury bedding,shower,tub,granite counter tops,premium sound system and on and on.

It is located in a private,safe,friendly gated community, centrally located close to great restaurants,mall shopping,grocery stores,attractions and the gorgeous beaches in the area.

We have stayed at many VRBO properties over the years and this house is the best of them- we are going to book again later in the year.

Gabriel is a pleasure to work with and super responsive to any questions or needs.

Can't go wrong here-ENJOY!!

Great holidays in an excellent and beautiful home

We stayed in this Briarwood home for 10 days. Due to the good online ratings our expectations were very high.

I have to admit that the house definitely exceeded our expectations:

Briarwood is a really nice community and if you like to do a lot of day trips its situated perfectly because the freeway is quite close.

The house was beautiful and clean and the beds were very comfortable. Moreover we were able to find a lot of extras we weren´t expecting: 2 parasols, beach chairs, a cooler, poolnoddles etc. Even the kitchen was completely equipped with table-ware, cutlery, spices and cleaning equipments.

We met Gabriel twice and he is a really nice and caring person and we liked to talk to him. He helped in every way he could.

All these reasons convinced us, so that we directly booked for next year.

We just loved our stay in this wonderful home. We were 8 people staying here for 14 days, and couldn't have had a better place. It's a peaceful area, and we enjoyed playing tennis in the mornings, before having breakfast by the pool. It's a lot of space, and perfect for a small baby. It's a lot of equipment, we had all we needed to go to the beach, play tennis, and have fun in the pool. kitchen has everything you need. The house is decorated so nice, we just wanted to be there a lot. It's the best house we have visited, and we would love to stay here again.

Best place in Naples

This was our first time renting a home for vacation. We usually go to the Caribbean and now we have truly found our new place. We were really not sure what we were getting. When we walked through the doors we were blown away on the beauty. I am a clean freak and I must say it was very clean. The pool and outside kitchen with TV were awesome. The proximity to beach and shopping was about 10 Minute drive. This is a great neighborhood in a gated community. We have found our new vacation house and look forward to returning.

Lovely Villa in Naples

My Wife and I and my 7 year old grand daughter stayed for a week in the Villa. We had a great time and my grand daughter particularly loved the pool. The Villa is well presented, clean and tidy and adequately provisioned; it is also located close to the centre of Naples. I would certainly recommend to friends and family and consider staying there again in the future.

This place has everything just right

We were so happy in this house. It is clean, well-kept, up-to-date, wonderfully located and with easy to work with landlords. The house is well-supplied in the kitchen, beach chairs, bicycles, on and on. Plus, it has a nice garage that you can actually use. You can walk to the beach. Long walks are very easy and pleasant. Daily walks to see the sun set are popular. We will return next year.

Beautiful Custom Tropical Themed Home in Gated Community - Close to Downtown/Beach

This house was great. All the amenities in a great location. Loved the Outdoor Pool Area. Inside is modern and fresh. Lots of light. Close to the beach and other entertainment. We would definitely stay here when we return to Naples.

5 STAR VACATION! CLOSE TO EVERYTHING! TROPICAL FEEL. BEST PROPERTY WE RENTED IN BRIARWOOD

My parents, my wife and 2 kids loved the home. The outside Lanai is a true Tropical Oasis.We spent most of our time outside. The water fountains and the lush interior and exterior landscaping together with the grill, heated pool, TV and high end speakers make it for an The interior of the house is modern and comfortable. High Tech Electronics, roof speakers, TV's in every room and top of the line appliances made a big difference. The furniture and the beds were comfortable including the Sofa Bed in Living room were very comfortable. The owner, Gabriel and his Property Management team were very welcoming and knowledgeable of the Naples area. We are already planning our vacation for next Fall. Thanks again!

Just as described and well maintained!!!

Great house! We enjoyed our stay. All high end finishes from faux granite finish in garage to 4K curved TV's. Enjoyed outside cooking area and pool. Had a little problem with the clothes dryer but Gabriel came and fixed it the next day.

Love the house

We stay at the house for 10 days and everything was perfect and very clean. The contact person very nice. We go with two kids and the house is perfect for them with comfortable rooms, nice pool, very good gated community with two tennis curses. In the house we found bicycles and raquets that we used a lot. The location is perfect we found everything we need close to the house. I will definitly love to come back and i will recomed the house to e ver yo ne.

Great Villa!

We were a family of 4 (including a 16 and 12 year old boy and girl) staying here and were impressed with the villa. I think it says it all if the only bad thing I can say is we couldn't find a pair of scissors! The villa is very well equipped, clean and comfortable. The tennis courts and pools on site are great and well maintained. Gabriel was very helpful and easy to deal with. Naples is a beautiful place and there were plenty of restaurants and beautiful beaches in easy reach of the villa by car. Would happily recommend this villa.

The most amazing and relaxing atmosphere!!!

My fiancé, our dog, and myself had the most amazing stay at this home in Briarwood. We were impressed by the pictures of the home when we were planning our stay. The pictures of this home is what got us to choose this place for our stay. Needless to say, the pictures were just a small example of how beautiful this home was. It couldn't have been any better. So romantic, relaxing and just breathtaking. We are already planning our 2nd trip to Naples next year and we will only stay here. Thanks Gabriel for making our stay absolutely unforgettable.

Incredible vacation! Incredible house!

I cannot say enough great things about this house. Not only is it in a gated community, but it is 5-10 minutes from everything in Naples (beaches, downtown, grocery stores), beautifully decorated, contains high-end appliances, a heated pool, great landscaping, outdoor seating/grill area, and the list goes on and on. We spent every afternoon enjoying the pool and everything the outdoor space had to offer. The pool area, with the lush palm tress and other plants, made it feel like we were in a tropical oasis. The one and only downside to this property is that you hear a lot of noise from the traffic on Livingston road, but it's totally worth is as the house is that amazing! Gabriel was also great to work with--he was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. My family and I cannot wait to return!!

NICEST HOME AROUND

This home is perfect. You can't find anything wrong with this house. The pool is amazing. The out door kitchen is amazing. Everything about this home is amazing. Everything is up to date and is incredible. To make it even better, Gabriel (the owner) is professional as they come. I left my watch at the house and he over nighted it to me the next day. He was GREAT to deal with. We had an awesome time! Thanks again Gabriel!

Superb pool home in a gated community

We stayed here in September, 2015. While our original intent was to travel about some and visit different beaches, we ended up spending a lot of time here by the pool, it was so inviting and relaxing.. The house is virtually brand new, with a caged pool that gets sun all day. It has a truly gourmet kitchen, with marble counter tops and top-shelf appliances. The pool area has an outdoor kitchen, with sink, grill and griddle. The pool has a fountain that provides soothing water sounds all day. State-of-the art curved TV in the living room--and even a TV out on the pool deck that was handy for watching football--from the pool--on Saturday. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and the bathrooms are very nice, both with spacious showers. There is a tub in the master as well. The owner was readily available for problems, although there weren't any. This location may well stack up as our favorite vacation this decade. While there were only two of us, this property would be great for a family or two couples, since the master is on the opposite side of the house from the other bedrooms. Both "wings" have direct access to the pool. It was nicely furnished, and rivals accommodations at the poshest hotels. It was a great vacation in a great home, and I highly recommend it.
