We have stayed about 2 weeks in this villa and we are very happy.

Everything is perfect, comfort, cleanliness, decoration, Curve TV full HD with Wifi and a good sound, very nice pool...

Beautiful house with some lovely homely touches in a fantastic location. Personal contact from Gabriel was excellent and nothing was too much trouble.

The poll and outside facilities were excellent and well utilised by our two boys. Close proximity to supermarket and shops. Already looking forward to our next visit and would not hesitate to recommend this house to others.

My family of five (3 Adults & 2 young children) loved everything about this house. The outdoor living space was our favorite part, we did not want to leave. The location is great, about 10 minutes to the beach, and beach towels and chairs were at the house for us to use. The beds were comfortable, televisions in every room with plenty of channels for everyone, and the bathrooms and kitchen were beautiful. We also visited Marco Island and Sanibel/Captiva Islands during our stay, and we all liked the Naples beaches the best. We will definitely be back to stay in this five star home!! This home is amazing! My husband and I enjoyed all of the nice features this home came equipped with; and our teenagers LOVED the heated pool. This was our first time not staying at a hotel while on vacation; so we were a little nervous of what to expect. Gabriel left great instructions for everything and he was just a phone call away. The beds were comfy and my husband drooled over the 4K TV in the living room. To say the least, we will DEFINITELY be back to Naples, Florida and hope to stay in this amazing home again.

We had a great time during the day stayed to relax by the pool and cooked on the grill. The outdoor kitchen was great. We did shopping and dined in Fort Myers,Estero,Naples,and Marco Island. We entertained friends and felt comfortable at this home.The property owner was a gentleman who was very attentive to our needs. We plan to return!

We (Family of four, 2 adults, 2 kids (10 and 6 years) enjoyed 17 wonderful days at this home in October 2015. Naples is "our vacation town" where we try to come to at least once a year.

The house was perfect for us. It was all as described; literally speaking we had the feeling it was all brand new. TV's incl. cable, kitchen, outside cooking area, pool, all was really in a perfect condition.

The owner (Lucy and Gabriel) contacted us before via e-Mail and made sure that we were feeling home even before the vacation started. Check-in process was explained and the guard at the gated community knew we were coming and checking in. Gabriel visited us the next morning and made sure we got a proper introduction into all devices. The music system (many speakers incl. outside speakers in the Lanai) were a big advantage. Listening to the music while relaxing at/in the pool was great.

The rooms were fitted out as you would like to have it. Tasteful decoration, furniture fitted into the house, simply all was a match.

The pool was the perfect "toy" for our boys and for us. Lots of fun and with the given pool toys a fantastic "exercise".

Internet, TV, phone, WLAN, all was there. In the garage there were bikes, beach chairs and everything else required for a nice day at the beach.

Outside kitchen area incl. the big barbecue was great and we enjoyed having barbecue with our friends staying in Naples at the same time.

The house was clean and very luxury with regard tp space. The kids space was on one side, the master bedroom on the other. This way we could have some time for us as well, while the kids were playing in their room(s).

Shopping opportunities are within five minutes by car (Publix, Walmart, etc.). Outlets and shopping malls for extensive shopping (:-) are within 15-20 minutes and the beaches are within 10 minutes as well. Lowdermilk beach is and was our favorite.

For dinner all needs (from cheap to expensive) are reachable within 5 to 20 minutes as well, like Outback, IHOP, MCDonalds (kids), Cheesecake Factory, etc.

Our next trip to Florida will certainly be next year and we hope to have the chance to stay with Lucy and Gabriel again.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at 9230 Veneto Pl. The home is very new, well-designed (with the family room and kitchen as the focal point of the home), well furnished and accommodated 6 adults (my wife and I and our two adult children and their significant others) quite well. The owner of the property was also quite responsive to our inquiries. The home rental also came with full access to the country club, including the golf course, which was spectacular. The fitness center/swimming pool/tennis complex is located within walking distance of the home. We had a terrific time and would definitely come back.

We loved the home, the pool and spa. The living room was very nice and the tv was perfect. A very big screen! The master bed and bath room were very nice. We had many nights at the pool and eating from the grill. The house is near to the tennis courts where we played almost every day. Next to the tennis courts is the big swimming pool with restaurant, where we had some drinks with the friends we made on the tennis courts. When you go out then Naples 5th avenue is very close. There is shopping and a lot of nice restaurants. Gabriel is a great host. He responded very quickly on every question we had. We had a great time!!

This was our first stay at Treviso Bay, but hopefully not the last.

The house is set up perfectly. We had a great time in the house with pool and hot tub. In the evenings we often had BBQ at home.

The staff at the Golf Clubhouse is welcoming and it was a great pleasure to play there. At the pool and tiki bar we enjoyed our time as well.

Gabriel is a really professional, nice and pleasant owner.

Treviso Bay is a little slice of paradise. The golf course is amazing. As are the tennis courts, pool, tiki bar and walking trails. The house was perfect. Great kitchen, great pool /hot tub and outdoor kitchen eating area. The owner was very responsive and took care of our every need. I would have stayed longer if I could have. Can't wait to come back again!
