Great stay!!

This is the first time we have rented one of the kodei homes and we were really-really happy to stay at this property.

The home is very well decorated and the furnishings and comfort exceeded our expectations. The home is very clean and very roomy.

Mr Kohn was very pleasant, worked with us throughout our stay when we had any questions or needed anything.

The property was exactly as described. A beautiful spacious 3 bedroom well-maintained home. 

The property was very clean and well-maintained. It is located in a beautiful community. The amenities are great. The clubhouse is beautiful, with an amazing large resort style pool. They provide drinks and lunch served at your lounge chair or if you prefer at the pool restaurant.

This home is in a great location. It is only a couple of miles to downtown Naples and the ocean.

The owner was very attentive and helpful, not only prior to booking but also upon arriving and departing. We would definitely recommend staying at this home and we would definitely rent here again.

Simply unbelievable! Clean!  Nice decor, attractive and good pool (I am a frequent swimmer). All amenities discused with the owner were there.  A very pleasant stay for everyone in my family.  Looking forward to visit this same address in a near future. A nice home to be in when away from my residential home.

A wonderful experience!

Our stay in Briarwood was very pleasant indeed. The house is full of nice details, tastefully furnished with high-end appliances. The pool area was very inviting and the closed compound provided the peace and the amenities that we needed for our three children. We highly recommend this house if you're looking for a peaceful and well equiped location for families in Naples. We will return!

Loved the home.

My wife and I and 3 year old son rented this home for 3 months.  We loved the home and the backyard pool. We used all the facility had to offer, We swam at the club pool, worked out at the gym and took great walks everyday.  The house worked perfect for us and even worked for a few guest to stay with us.  Gabriel made the stay easy and fun!

Rented a beautiful home from him in Naples Florida House was in great condition. Owner very accommodating driving out on Christmas day to meet us. House nicely stocked and very clean.
